Cameron Brink blocks Caitlin Clark layup in Indiana Fever’s win over Los Angeles Sparks

Los Angeles Sparks forward Cameron Brink blocked a layup attempt by Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark during the first half of a WNBA regular season game on May 13, 2026, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.[1][2]

The 6-foot-4 (1.93 m) Brink, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Sparks out of Stanford,[3] swatted the ball away and shouted, “Get that f—ing s— outta here.”[1][2]

The block occurred early in the contest when Indiana held a two-point lead.[1]

The Fever secured an 87-78 victory.[1][2]

Brink came off the bench for 19 minutes, recording 11 points, five rebounds and three blocks.[1]

Clark, the No. 1 overall pick in 2024 out of Iowa,[4] finished with 24 points on 9-of-17 field goals and nine assists. She received a technical foul at halftime for disputing a call with an official.[1]

Kelsey Mitchell scored 23 points for Indiana.[1]

Los Angeles got 16 points and eight rebounds from Dearica Hamby, with Nneka Ogwumike and Rae Burrell each scoring 10 points.[1]
