Klaebo claims record 10th Olympic gold

Norway’s Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo won a record 10th Olympic gold medal in the men’s team sprint on Tuesday, anchoring his nation to victory at the Winter Games and extending his dominance in cross-country skiing.
Klaebo delivered a decisive final leg, breaking clear in the closing meters to secure Norway’s triumph. The 29-year-old now stands alone in Olympic history in his discipline.
“It’s unbelievable to reach ten,” Klaebo said. “I’m proud of the team effort.”
Sweden finished second after pushing Norway throughout the race, while another European rival completed the podium. “We fought hard, but he was stronger at the end,” a Swedish skier admitted.
Klaebo’s milestone further cements his legacy as one of the sport’s greatest champions.
