Star trio headline season-opening Bahrain Darts Masters
The 2026 Bahrain Darts Masters will kick off the new PDC season this week in Sakhir, with Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen and teenage sensation Luke Littler leading a stacked field. The World Series event brings elite darts back to the Middle East for a fast-paced two-day showdown.
Eight top-ranked PDC players will battle regional qualifiers in a straight knockout format, where quick starts are crucial. Reigning world champion Humphries said the event “sets the standard for the season,” while Van Gerwen called it “a sharp test with no easy games.”
Littler, one of the sport’s brightest young talents, said he is “excited to measure himself again at the highest level.” With prestige and momentum at stake, the Bahrain Masters promises fireworks from the opening throw.
