The spinner posted the light-hearted message on social media while waiting for travel clearance, turning the situation into a viral moment among fans. “@Cristiano send the chopper,” Hosein wrote, joking about a dramatic escape from the delay.
Despite the humour, the travel complications have created uncertainty for some international players trying to return home. A West Indies team source said the situation was being monitored. “The players are safe and arrangements are being worked out,” the official noted.
