Six Oscar Mayer Wienermobiles will compete in the Wienie 500 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Friday, 22 May at 2 p.m. ET, two days before the 110th running of the Indianapolis 500. The two-lap race will be broadcast on FOX and streamed on FOX One.

Each of the six vehicles carries a name tied to a regional American hot dog style: the Slaw Dog, Chi Dog, New York Dog, Sonoran Dog, Chili Dog, and Seattle Dog. The Slaw Dog, which represents the Southwest, won the inaugural Wienie 500 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway last year, claiming the Wiener’s Wreath in Victory Lane. The New York Dog represents the East, while the Chi Dog represents the Midwest. The Wienermobiles are reported to reach top speeds of between 60 and 70 miles per hour.
